1. Website Description -- The website avilav.com (hereinafter, the "Site") is designed to provide information about the mobile auto detailing and general cleaning services offered by Avilav. Through the Site, users can book and pay for these services using the Stripe payment gateway.

2. Responsibility and Use -- Site Owner's Responsibility -- The Site owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content and services provided. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." In no event will the owner be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

User's Responsibility -- The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The user is responsible for protecting their access information and should not share their credentials with third parties. The user agrees that any content generated and published on the Site will be their sole responsibility.

3. This information is used to manage and provide the requested services. The information is also kept for billing and reservation management purposes.

4. Payments and Billing -- Payments for services are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Upon completing a transaction, an invoice will be sent to the customer's email and a copy will be stored in the Site's reservation history.
